CASE STUDY
OpenDoor
Custom 3d billboard
Executive Summary
Opendoor saw an opportunity to make a bold statement during the Super Bowl by capturing the attention of attendees traveling from the airport to the stadium. To achieve this, we transformed a standard billboard into an oversized real estate yard sign, creating a striking landmark that was impossible to miss from both Interstate 17 and Highway 60 in Phoenix.
Business Challenge
Opendoor wanted to break free from traditional advertising by turning a common billboard into an immersive, attention-grabbing experience. The goal was to make the billboard highly visible from major highways in Phoenix, attracting the attention of thousands of fans traveling from the airport to the stadium.
Goals & Objectives
- Stand out: Ensure Opendoor’s brand stood out in the crowded Super Bowl advertising space.
- Resonate with a key audience: Design a billboard that resonates specifically with Super Bowl fans, leaving a lasting impression.
Our Solution
We executed Opendoor’s vision by converting a traditional billboard into a massive real estate yard sign. This involved custom extensions above and below the board, vinyl extensions beyond the frame, and concealing the existing support column with wrapped sheet goods around the 50-foot pole. Strategically positioned, this visually impactful billboard commanded attention from both Interstate 17 and Highway 60, ensuring maximum exposure to Super Bowl attendees.
Results
Our innovative approach successfully elevated Opendoor’s brand visibility during the Super Bowl, making their billboard a standout feature in Phoenix’s advertising landscape. The strategic placement and creative execution left a lasting impression on those traveling to the event.
