Final Fantasy Titan Fan Experience

brand activation

Executive Summary

To celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the iconic Final Fantasy video game series, NPARALLEL + Atomic Props was tasked with creating a high-impact promotional event. We fabricated a massive 16-foot Titan replica, serving as both a place-based prop and an interactive fan experience at the Hollywood Walk of Fame, leaving a lasting impression on fans and significantly boosting online engagement.

Business Challenge

Liquid Advertising needed a fabrication partner that could swiftly execute a large-scale, impactful installation for the Final Fantasy anniversary event. With just four weeks' notice, our team was chosen to bring this ambitious project to life.

Goals & Objectives

  • Celebrate: Call out the milestone with a standout event.
  • Create an immersive experience:  Captivate fans and encourage participation.
  • Increase brand visibility: strengthen Final Fantasy brand through a bold and memorable installation.
  • Extend event's reach: Provide fans with unique, social media-friendly content that achieves high levels of online and offline engagement.

Our Solution

Despite the tight timeline, we successfully fabricated and installed the 16-foot Titan replica within four weeks. The goal was to create a show-stopping activation that would promote the 15th Anniversary of Final Fantasy at the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The experience invited fans to pose within the Titan's enormous hand, with augmented reality cameras capturing the moment. Each fan received a personalized video clip featuring another game character heroically rescuing them from the Titan's grasp. This innovative approach delivered a memorable and shareable experience, driving substantial engagement with the game and amplifying the anniversary celebration.

Results

The Final Fantasy 15th Anniversary activation was a resounding success, generating 5.5 million online impressions in just six days, showcasing the power of creative and immersive fan experiences.
