Our approach is built on three core stages, each meticulously designed to ensure that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Here’s how we bring your vision to life with unmatched expertise and commitment:

    IMAGINE is where the concepts take hold, and collaboration and strategy are the secret sauce.


    This first phase takes us from the preliminary conversation with our clients to signing the letter of agreement (LOA). We first listen and begin to understand their needs and desired outcomes.


    If the idea is already formed, our team comes together to provide everything needed to bring the best concept to life. If more creative concepting and strategy is needed, we ideate and collaborate using a team of marketers, copywriters, and structural, graphic, and video designers to build the best ideas. 


    After ideation and collaboration, we put pen to paper and mouse to motion to produce the preliminary design showing our clients the possibilities of their vision. This leads to narrowing down the final choices that solve their objectives and lay the groundwork for project management. Upon client approval, we move to CREATE.

  • STEP TWO: CREATE

    Problem-solving and craftsmanship under one roof to bring imagination to life. 


    This next phase is where the magic happens. This part of our process takes us from the initial creation through the final installation and event launch. During this phase, we consider the overall audience experience, explore venue feasibility, define measurement opportunities, build out the creative concepts, and custom fabricate activations for each approved concept. 


    Our team truly comes alive to make our client's dreams a reality. Working side-by-side with clients at every point, their project team, tech specialists, fabricators, designers, and detailers create the best journey for their event and activation. Now, it’s time to IGNITE. 

  • STEP THREE: IGNITE

    Clients see, touch, and experience their vision out in the world, ensuring the return on their objective is successful.


    The final phase is where the client shines. It's when the show, activation, or main event goes live. All the elements that went into planning the project come to life during this phase, and we are with our clients at every step. This involves logistics, installation, asset management, hiring and managing talent, and executing technology. 


    We deploy future-facing tools to gain impactful insights for the event and launch the right analytics to capture the data our clients are looking for. We can also look after our client’s assets long after the event has ended. During this phase our team shines as a true partner, ushering the project to fruition, and ultimately lighting a fire in the hearts and minds of the audience.
